Initiate Your Request
Log into your Senya account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
